It’s just steak w/peppercorn cream sauce. You make a steak and then remove it from the pan. For the sauce: Deglaze the pan w/some water, soy sauce, & **worcestershire **sauce. Then add some steak sauce & a pinch of sugar. Add lots of black pepper, coarsely ground. Then add some heavy cream & taste & adjust seasoning. Then finish it off by throwing in 1 TBS cold butter.

worcestershire sauce is not available here so any alternate for that ??
