I ate it all otherwise i would have posted a picture.
It is actually the flower bud and is plucked right before it is about to flower. No bud that has opened already though as it will taste different. It tastes like you are actually eating …ummmm i don’t know how to explain but not like meat. i used to eat rosepatels when i was kid and i can compare the taste to it. I felt that it was a bit dry in beg but then i grew on me. I actually liked it more than any other veg.
