I think we desi should convert now. Making steamed food is not that difficult but you need equipment. Can you share pics of your tools and way of using them for steaming food ? thanks

I started using those steam microwave bags !! Super easy and super fast.

Another way is to really wet a cloth and warp it over the veggies and put in in the microwave for 5-10 mins !! The cloth needs to reallllly wet !! I use to steam potatoes when pressed for time. Also no need to wash the cooker afterwards.
