Fried Fish with thai chilli sauce:

Fish batter:
1 cup flour
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paparika
1/2 tsp salt
1 can club soda
1/2 tsp black pepper

^ Whish together till you have a nice pancake-like batter. Mix-in the club soda right before you want to fry. Dip the fish and fry (I used cream dory). Drain well.

Sauce:
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons soya sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 tsp crushed red chilli’s
1 teaspoon oil
1 clove garlic finely chopped
1/2 bunch green corriander
4 green chillies (finely chopped)

Heat oil in a pan and add the garlic and then the ketchup, soya sauce and the rest of the ingredients.

It’s 1/2 cup orange juice, 1/2 cup pineapple juice, juice of 2 lemons and 250ml’s of 7-up or sprite!

I tried these two things today and they turned out great.:k:
Thanks Gina, atfirst I didn’t know what club soda was It was sparkling water. And I used Tilapia fish it turned out great. And in orangeton I didn’t have sprite so I use sparkling water with sea salt but it was great.
