For 4 servings you need:
- 1 packet of Jelly (flavor is yours to choose)
- custard mix
- slices of (home made, if you want) cake
- 4 slices of pineapple
- strawberries
- coconut powder for garnish
- Start off with the jelly. I used banana flavor. Prepare according to the recipe on the packet.
- Pour the jelly evenly in 4 ice cream bowls, drop one strawberry in the middle and leave them in the fridge for a couple of minutes.
- After a couple of minutes drop two more strawberries in the jelly and put them back in the fridge to set.
- Make custard for 4 persons and cool it.
- Take out the set jelly and layer it with cake.
- Now put a layer of cooled custard on the cake.
- Take a pineapple slice and place it in the middle.
- Garnish further with strawberries and the coconut powder.
- Serve and enjoy! =)
