How do you place the chicken in the oven standing like that. I mean my oven has two racks and I am sure the chicken won't fit at all standing up like that. Its just a normal oven.
Spiral, I took out the top racks and placed the chicken (in a pan) on the bottom rack, it fit in there without any problem.
