It’s a very quick recipe. Basically I used the noodles that come in a packet which include the bamboo powder and chili powder and oil.
- Boil noodles till they’re half done.
- Take a wok and put one and a half/two tablespoons of oil in there.
- Add a teaspoon of garlic-ginger paste and add veggies.
- Add salt to taste and black pepper,
- Add the bamboo powder and chili powder from the packets (you can add more if you like).
- Keep stirring the veggies and add a tablespoon of sambal (hot chili sauce).
- Add the noodles and stir together.
- (additional) Squeeze some lime over the noodles.
- Serve!
