Please could you help me with a couple of questions on the steps you’ve posted?

  1. Do you boil the spinach and methi separately or together?
  2. Do you blend the methi with the spinach, chillies and cream?
  3. When do you add the garam masala?
  4. when is the best time to add the remaining spices according to your taste? Would it be before bhoonifying the meat or after?
