Please could you help me with a couple of questions on the steps you’ve posted?
- Do you boil the spinach and methi separately or together?
- Do you blend the methi with the spinach, chillies and cream?
- When do you add the garam masala?
- when is the best time to add the remaining spices according to your taste? Would it be before bhoonifying the meat or after?
