step by step instructions i guess?
boiled two potatoes, peeled and cut in half
goonded the atta (not sure how much there was)
mashed aloo + diced onions + green masala (chopped up dhania and green onions)
I had more success by making two thin layers wiht the aloo filling in between rather than rolling them up and flattening them…that wasn’t worknig so well for me…
the final paratha tha came out half decent…
here you can see how it went from horrible to somewhat human shaped…
onto the pulao:
frying the onions (about 1/3 of what was in the box)
bhooning the meat (1 pound of gosht…yes the butcher laughed at me when i asked for only one pound)
