^ same way like we make roti..but for paratha i put lots of Ghee on Tawa and both side of paratha...i think this the way to make it crispy?
no no thats not it. u put slight ghee in the "paira" and then roll it in to a circle... ball(twist) wala paratha banati hain na aap?
when u make the circle after inserting a little ghee in it... u then cook it but not smother it all over with ghee... reduce putting ghee... the thin the circle the better it wil be.. thick dough does nto make nice parathas and paratha remains raw(kaccha) and also dont over use the flour.. minimum,... try this
