Aaj humare ghar guests aie, abbo keh friend and unki family
Pehli bar aa rehai the toh humne kafi kuch tyaar kiya
Menus tha yeh ….

Chicken keh spring roll
Tali huwi mogo (yeh Africa ki dish hai )
Niblets jo masle mai marinate kiye geh then corn flour laga ker tale gai
Corn on the cob in peanuts and coconut masala (another African dish)
Dhood vaali sawain’an
:smack: yeh abhi add kiya kyun keh pehle bhool gai thi kebab bhi bane huwe the deekh kebab :smiley:
Aur kashmiri chai

Then shaam ko humne apne liye tortillas banai
Filling was chichen with bell peppers, cabbage, sweetcorn, dessicated coconut
With it was cabbage in mayonnaise and yoghurt
And a cucumber and lettuce salad

For dessert we had profriteroles :smiley:

Balti menu kesa laga?
