Why would I be desperate? She is the one on trial in a court system that is actually not afraid of punishing jihadists.

^she is on trial no thanks to our govt, she has been kept for couple of years without any legal charges being made and therefore proved.Perhaps if you consult international and pakistan law you might educate yourself as to what she was entitled to and what she received thus far.

I must admit, her American defense lawyer's argument does sound rather good, if true. He says that no shell casings or bullets from the gun she was accused of firing were in the room, nor any residue from the 5.56mm shots she is accused of firing from her interrogator's M4. Her lawyer says that the only gun which is proven to have been fired it the 9mm pistol that she was shot in the stomach with.
On the other hand her behaviour in court will no doubt prejudice the jury against her.
Let me bring up some of your shameful comments from not too long ago. So yesterday it was clarified she was a Pakistani citizen who has permanent residence in the US.

I also see some U-turns coming in the ardent Musharraf fan club who were pretty much using fables to somehow justify her turning in by his regime earlier.

Yes, the Busharaf should be brought back to pakistan and punished for selling his Dr Siddique and many more to the americans.
