Mirzas are definitely allowed in the Pakistan Army. The two I recall from memory: General Iskander Mirza, General Mirza Aslam Beg. The former was the Governor General and President of Pakistan, the latter the Army Chief.

indeed indeed....but they dont let Ahmadies go on top positions...for example my mamoon was in AirForce and went till Group Captain....and was given some award as well from President but was given retirement as they were not able to promote him due to his faith....(discrimination? its not that he was not worth as he had done so many courses and was director of housing of PAF of whole Pakistan)

btw it doesnt matter whatever faith a person belongs to... im pround of each n every jawan who laid his life in this noble cause..
