Boy oh boy, this man was a genius with words:
Ya din ki baate hoti hain, ya raat ki baate hoti hain,
Ye dunia hai is dunia main har baat ki baate hoti hain.
Din raat tumhari mehfil mein din raat ki baate hoti hain
Kuch baat nahi hoti be bat ki bate hoti hain.
Jis baat ki baate hoti hai, us baat ki koi baat nahi.
Jis baat ki koi baat nahi us baat ki bate hoti hain
Jis baat pe itni baat bari us baat me koi baat na thi
Huzor jab baat be baat ho jati he tab baat ki baate hoti hain.
