Okay, so in this thread our good friend Sheraz-CT will prove to us how Shia’s are angels and Sunnis are munafiqs, including the Sahaba.
To start off, here is a quote from Al-Kafi (the most reliable shia book):
“Sahabah (R.H) became infidel by denying the divine right (Wilayat) of Hazrat Ali. First three caliph and other Sahabas became infidel by denying the divine right of (Wilayat) of Hazrat Ali.” (Al Kafi, Page No. 420)

So what's the "divine right" of Hazret Ali (kuw). I am sure he never talked himself about that divine right.

see theres an easy escape clause for us. none of our ahadith or any book other than the Quran is considered sahih, so anything obviously stupid like the mistakes quote can immediately be rejected.

ravage - yes, but this stuff is from some of the most reliable shia scholars of all time :). And I am talking about how the Shia’s believe they are angels, and us Sunnis including the sahaba are munafiqs.

Again this thread was not made to insult Shias. I am waiting for the great Sheraz-CT to tell us why we are munafiqs.

mirza, again, some of the most reliable scholars were also human. thats the mistake folks do when they place any ordinary person above human status. tell this hadith to any shia and he'll scoff at you, regardless of which ayatullah opined it. any single hadith that directly contradicts any Quranic verse can be thrown out without hesitation.

ok its a huge topic..before i start i want everyone to know that mirza, underthecross admitted that Umar slammed the door on Bibi Fatima (a.s.) and she had a miscarriage because of it..but according to these two, it was a minor thing

Divine right of Ali (RAT) according to shias is that he is divine...worthy of worship and all else....Allah and Rasool are secondary if that.....Notice how its always Ya Ali Mudad not Ya Allah Mudad....

Ravage - mistakes are made by humans, but you shouldn't go around writing 100's of books filled with jahaalat. And it is not right to ignore the fact that well respected, reliable shia scholars wrote this filth. Doesn't matter how wrong it is, and if most shias don't agree with it. This is the kind of stuff that the scholars were teaching.

bibi, believe me, its been done on this forum before, and it’ll be done again. there were threads on “100s” of books filled with jahalaat from sunni ulema. these quotes arent new on this forum. heres a tip for you, why dont you search GS for phrases from these quotes, and you’ll find a whole bunch of threads. next search for posts by the people in those long winded arguments, and the shias would have posted tit for tat threads taking quotes from sunni books.
bottom line is, well respected shia scholars, just as well respected sunni scholars wrote crap sometimes, and that crap was rejected later on (both of your quoted ahadith have been rejected by the ayatullah i follow)

No Sheraz-CT putar you are wrong yet again. Shias according to their most reliable scholars give Ali a possition only next to that of ALLAH, and sometimes even bigger than that.
" Imam posses more attribute than a Prophet posses. " (Al-Kafi, Vol. No. 1, Page No. 388)
" Alkileeni reported that Jabir asked AbuJafar p.b.u.h : "WhyAli ibn Aby Talib was named Amir-ul-Mumineen?" AbuJafar replied: "Allah named him so, and He revealed in His Book " And (remember) when your Lord brought forth from the Children of Adam, from their loins, their seed and made them testify as to themselves (saying): Am I not your Lord, Muhammad my messenger andAli Amir-ul-Mumineen ?... " Obedience to `Ali is true humility and disobedience to him is disbelief in Allah " (Al-Kafi vol.10 p.54)
" The Imams have knowledge of All that was given to the angels and the prophets. " (Al-Kafi vol.1 p.255 ) *Note: only ALLAH has this knowledge.
