one of my relatives had quran-khawani done in her house last week.Everything went fine till the time of Dua came. nobody was ready to make Dua. the lady who was supposed to make Dua said she had periods n won’t make dua coz it will b in Arabic. Now everyone was Aap dua kerain, aap kerain. So one brave lady volunteered. She said i know Duaa-iy Jamila n i’ll recite that. Everyone was like oh good.
So she did the dua. She did it in Punjabi though.
After the event ladies went home n told their hubbies abt the Punjabi dua. They all called her husband . Her husband went home n they both had a huge fight.

^ no duas are suppose to be in arabic and you should also understand arabic if not then why even read it in arabic so no one would understand it?

Dua in any lang' is accepted. At least she did it unlike the rest who were ready who lame excuses! That's wasn't fair for her husband to do that or those gossiping women! Dear oh dear!

I can't find any reason for the fight , gossip or anything to feel bad about. She did dua and it can be in any language.

I dont understand.
First of all i dont understand the woman on her period and not doing the dua! you are allowed to recite arabic while on your period..........
Secondly when we have duas in our dars/quran khanis they are in urdu....just praying for everyone im soooooooooo confused!
