LOL pd, to upload those pics here on GS from this pc which takes relatively lesser time and since it's in my room, it doesnt irritate me much when it takes longer.

TNWB, get something like this
High-speed USB 2.0 Portable Flash Drive
It will always come in handy. Its 512 mb, doesn’t cost all the much and very portable. It sort of what my mp3 player does.
Ofcourse make sure that your PCs support USB.

god if you really need those pics and can transfer with floppy or cdr or flash drive just upload them into your gmail and downlaod them into your new machine or where ever you need them. people use the 2+ gig they are giving you
… if you dont have gmail just ask and someone will invite you to it or just ask me.
even though your upload speed is slow it will be okay it only take about hour or two but you can always leave it to upload at night
and floppy does not come more then 1.44mb unless you get a zip disk
best bet is to get a flash drive

Could you try to save them in .gif format which uses less space?
