Lafanter is right. You can't live in Pakistan without having connections. There is NO law here.
Once a friend in university asked me....do you know the SHO (police) of your area. I said no.... why should I know him...nothing happened? He said thats strange....where ever our family builds house, first of all we make connection with SHO. I replied I am not political or corrupt person!
