holy moly: There is this institute in Lahore, where they exclusively teach women various skills, like music, sewing, painting etc. I can't remember it's name, but i will be sure to ask someone from there for you. It's reasonable priced. i believe NCA and and LC will give you degrees, not courses, which I'm sure is not something you're looking for.
