I know this has been done to death and i have done a search and read some posts.
But im absolutely wetting myself, i have messed up rishtas before because i just cant relax.
How can i relax before hand?

Go with the flow and be yourself. Don't set ALL your hopes on him as there's always the possibility that it may not work out (rishta does not guarantee marriage, u know that). And IF it doesn't....then you just move on cuz you wouldn't want to spend your life with someone who is not into you.....and that entails having confidence/respect for yourself....which is very important. Allah has a plan for everyone and it may not coincide with ours...put your trust in Him and ask Him to do what is best for you. Best wishes.

Lower your expectations of this meeting...that will help.
He is coming to meet you and your family...not put a ring on your finger. He still has to show how he gets along with your family, how his parents are, etc.
This visit is just a cursory visit and the beginning...not the end.

inspiron, I have a very important event happening tomorrow too, and can appreciate your anxiety. The only way I've got through this week is by distraction. Spending time in conversation with family, spending more time than usual messing around online, the cricket, that kind of thing. Basically anything to stop myself from thinking about the event itself. The less I thought about it, the less I worried. You'll be okay, just remind yourself that you already have a comfort level established with him. Good luck!

Can you run away from home?
Do not shake hands when giving tea, you know if its hot it can burn people?
If you talk, do not stutter. So. better not talk.
If you walk, you might slip and fall. So, better not walk. Stay where you are.
If you eat with them, food may spill. Better not eat.
Have a big vase with lots flowers between you and him. If he tries to look at you. Move left to right behind the vase. And do :no:
Don’t giggle. Thats such a turn off.

Just relax, no one is going to eat you alive!
A little anxiety is OK. More than that, will only cause problems.
