If you are in Sales or Admin - then probably you dont need a University degree … Else then that even for a relationship manager 's job , Banks and other financial institutions prefer some one with atleast an under grad degree …

I don’t agree. My cousin’s wife, and I can give other examples, are not in sales or admin. Prefer, yes. Always the rule? Far from it.
