If he has the actual job he says he says (whatever it is, because it’s not clear here) and is earning the salary, then it doesn’t matter. There are all kinds of jobs within the HQ of a large bank that don’t require professional exams. Who says he’s CPA or CFA?
My cousin’s wife did some course at college (not university). I remember when he first introduced us to her she was working as a cashier in a bank. That was about 13 years ago. Now she works in head office in a very senior position in a very well known bank. They trained her how they wanted. Not a professional qualification in site. It’s all about drive and being good at what you do.
Oh.. and did we not learn anything from Stella of The Apprentice last year?
