This part here is a good point, my dad also thought about this and he asked him this question.

His response was that he has passed his professional ‘finance/banking’ exams and he has those to back him up as well as working in one of the worlds largest banks global headquarters ( sounds kind of good as im typing it out haha) BUT i want to get some more details off him and look into myself, not that i think he is liar but in these situations you have to be vigilant i guess.

Yes he has had the uni experience and im sure as he works in central london he has alot of exposure to people so I dont think im worried about that side of things, this will obviously be confirmed when i meet him

The points you bring up are great though and i will definately keep them in mind.

If he has his certifications then he should be good
