i tried mont carlo and choco brownies too… they were both very yummy.. esp the cheesy effect in mont carlo but zain put too much cocoa powder in the brownies so they were so kurwe .. but he loved em
did you deep fry the mont carlos? to make it less fattening ( :halo: ) .. i put egg on just the batter side and shallow fried that, the bread side went on another pan just to be toasted

It reminds me of my babajaan…He would make the most yummy
chili beef ever. Never got the recipy. Btw, no wonder why the best chef
