I read it on news channels women complaint about the man man said yes sex took place but it was consent sex and when Police cross questioned her she started crying and said that the man refused to marry her so she complaint about him so than women and the man were punished by 100 lashes

So if she was a stronger criminal and hadn't confessed the man would have been convicted of rape?

Sir they will use all the ways if still she insists and Judge finds her truthful yes the man can be executed sir but it is hard for a women to claim rape even modern women in America don't do these kind of claims
