Lets say a man and woman have consensual sex. Later the woman accuses the man of rape. In this case is the womans testimony and the dna evidence enough proof for conviction?

For doing rape man gets violent and women is hurt in that case I knew some one will raise this issue so I said it before about medical tests and there also many ways of bringing out the truth most women can’t face the questioning and if you don cross questioning and and other stuff you can find out the truth recently a similar case took place in Saudi Arabia
