This whole thread and debate actually brought a question in my mind that, Is adultery same as rape?
What about those muslim men and women who indulge in that act willingly?
I was quite surprised to know that in India, Muslim girls are marrying non-muslims boys (hindus) and it is a normal behaviour there... whereas, Islam specifically makes such a marriage of a muslim girl with a non-muslim man (hindu, christian, jew, any other religion) null and void and it comes under the umbrella of Adultery...
forget what Imam said and how bad or good the analogy is... I want to know who condemns such a behaviour of our muslim nation? who endorses it and who has a problem with Islamic law???? first resolve that issue... Imam's point of view is a secondary thing... What he said was a mere statement, anyone cares about what's going on actually???
