Whatever it says in the Scripture. Quran tells women to cover their bosom and wrap a cloak around themselves, and don’t act in a way that attracts people towards you.
Now if you’re in Saudi you’ll interpret it according to their culture, if in Malaysia then according to their culture, and also Pakistanis will interpret it according to their culture so a pair of trousers and long kurti might cover you properly but if you’re visiting a conservative area or a village in Pakistan you might wanna change into shalwar kameez to blend in and not to attract the people.
