I think you get stared at far less in the U.S. then you do in other places. I travelled to South America and boy do those guys know how to STARE!! You can't even feel a little bit happy from the attention because you know they do it to everybody.
I don't know that guys don't see covered girls as sex-objects. Men like a mystery, no? They think "Well I wish I could find out what's under there"....
