Please dont misguide.. no appointment can be made under COD presently - as it is not a part of constitution! COD was an agreement between two parties and is not acknowleged by PML(Q), ANP, MQM etc. Unless, it becomes a part of constitution with a two-third majority no one can appoint judges with it.. PPP is appointing judges as per the Constitution of Pakistan whether someone likes it or not...
Sorry I forgot that COD isn't Quran or Hadees. It's just a political agreement. These kinds of agreements and promises are made just to get votes and once power is gained these promises become void. Thanks for the clarification. I had forgotten Ghaddari doctrine.

There was not PML F or PML N during 80s or 90s. Q (Qurrupt?) league is an illegitimate child of a sick military dictator.

Those were restored by taking oath under 1973 constitution... this offer was also extended to three remaining but they declined and siad that Nov 3 action should be set aside... Now PPP says they cant undo that as teh action wa staken illegally / unconstitutionally by Musharaf as a Chief of Army and not as a President... ONly an amendment can repeal that..

IMO, Iftekhar and gang, Dogar and qabeela and any judge who has ever taken oath on PCO should be kicked out just like Musharraf was kicked out. In sub nai mil ker constitution kee aisee kee taisee kee hai as and when they got chance to get their teeth on it. Taubah kerney ka yee matlab nahee k jurm kee saza naa miley.
^ pee pee pee (ghaddari) has appointed about a dozen high court judges who belong to the the party and even contested (and lost) elections. And this has been done gainst the COD signed by BB. Sharram mggar inhein aati nahiN. Appointment of Khawaja Sharif was way before the COD. The whole purpose of COD was not to repeat pst mistakes. But for a selfish group who are taking this goverment as their last government they want to do anything to make it 100% (from 10%) so that they can enjoy their lifein London or Dubai for many many years.

Ager Taubah kerney sai sarey masley hul ho jateey (as Ather Minullah and Imran Khan claims), tu I am sure Dogar kul 10 baar taubah kerney ko tayyar ho jayee ga. Then what will we do?

You think totally hee wrong. COD was signed WAAAAAAYYYYYYYYY before this Nov 2 problem even before NS and BB came back to Pakistan (if I remember correctly 2004??)

It is not the question of technicalities. BB based her election campaign on the issue and Zardari promised at least thrice publicaly to restore the CJ, after the elections. I wonder if they were stupid enough to keep on promising if they knew it was not technically possible.
