So why can't government go for the amendment? If more than 2/3 people seemingly agree to that, its just one person opposing it, doesn't look like democracy to me.
I completely agree with you here, that even Ifti is a PCO judge. If we try Mushy for treason then he should be tried as well.
I think in COD they did agree to restore the PCO judges as of Nov 2, 2007.
You think totally hee wrong. COD was signed WAAAAAAYYYYYYYYY before this Nov 2 problem even before NS and BB came back to Pakistan (if I remember correctly 2004??)
