But since the Quran doesn’t talke much about life outside of Arabia, I’m not surprised it doesn’t mention other planets. But the most conservative estimate of planets in the universe that are similiar to earth is in the thousands. It is inconceivable that any of those planets do not contain life.

well that isnt really backed up by any evidence, Fermi’s paradox coupled with Occam’s razor seems to suggest to me its unlikely those thousands of planets contain life, atleast like ours.
