a question in regards to our beloved prophet

Re: a question in regards to our beloved prophet

although i understand that there must be a divine reason for Huzoor's (S.A.W) and Hazrat Ayesha's marriage, but i'm really confused wid the answers of many ppl.. u guys say that it was "OK" during those days for older men to marry young girls.. then u guys come up wid answers like early puberty n deaths at young ages n blah blah..excuses basically...the point is, islam had come to change those practices and make them "NOT OK"... i wonder if we'd ever find a gud answer..

Re: a question in regards to our beloved prophet

Every religion has inconsistencies.
Islam has thousands of good things, so why dwell on the negatives.

Christianity, Hinduism, Buddhism all have negatives, some more than others.
We have to take religions for what they are - paths to the same destination (Truth, honesty, & Goodness).
