Chapter : 3 (Al-`Imran) Verse : 145

And Muhammad is but a messenger. Verily all Messengers have passed away before him. If then he dies or is slain, will you turn back on your heels? And he who turns back on his heels shall not harm Allah at all. And Allah will certainly reward the grateful.

Prophets are human beings and die like human beings. Only Allah is ever living.

But isnt it believed that Hadrat Isa is alive in flesh in heaven?

Yes He is ...
The right translation of this ayah is ".....verily many massengers have passed away before him........".
Qadyanis translate this verse wrongly by saying "all messengers have passed away before him".
