well..I am not much into these "teenager" topics....but I will only say this to the ladies here(esp Nia_Khan above)...if you think Goras never have any intention of "line maaro-ing" you are sadly mistaken. In fact , unlike sentimental Desi men, Goras look forward to the full enchilada immediately (in blunt words - getting laid i.e.).

It's because desans have this misconception that any sort of approach by a guy is an attempt to get into their pants. Perhaps if they looked more closely in the mirror each mornnig, they would realize that this is not the case.

I think desi girls feel that Goras are not attracted to them (and will not try to for getting laid) hence they feel more comfortable talking to them.

I usually avoid desi guys. Most of them can't get over the fact that i married a non-desi. . . but if someone is friendly with me (regardless of being desi or whatever), i'm a nice girl :)

Very very interesting. You women are basically arrogant and ignorant. Firstly comes hubris. You think that you are so attractive or hot that desi guys will just hit on you because of that.
Wow. Talk about egotistical. I for one am extremely disappointed that this is the type of women my friends will have to end up marrying. Goris would certainly be better.
Then comes the matter of ignorance. Gorays will hit on you more than desis. The problem is you guys are so inexperienced with guys that you think it is just them being nice when they are attempting to charm their way into your pants.
I am seriously disgusted about the lack of common sense and intelligence displayed in this thread.

I hate prejudice. I hate people being judgemental and using preconcieved notions on defining people you don't even know. It smacks of narrow-minded attitude which I abhor. You negate the value of an individual when you assume aspects of their personality because of certain superficial attributes.
Its like saying all blacks are thugs or all blacks are rapists. Its racism in that case. With regard to desi guys its the same. You see desi guy and you automatically assume they are ready to jump into your pants or will hit on you. You openly make stereotypical and ignorant statements with regard to guys, yet forget the simple concept that you will end up marrying the same guy you openly ridicule, insult and demonize here on the forums.
I have a very specific problem with prejudice, arrognace and ignorance. What I however notice is that none of you offer any explanations for your attitude.
Ask yourself these questions
Why would every guy want to hit on you? Is that arrogance on your part or are you really that sexually appealing?
Why do you judge someone even before you know them?
Its utterly pathetic that men are demonized, yet when the situation is reversed you don't have any answers.
