Prophets did indeed wished to be born in the Ummah of RusoolAllah (saw), but the reason that Allah would put the whole humnity in such a turmoil just to accept the wishes of one of his prophets is a childish notion. Similar to the notion that Allah (swt) deceived all the jews and followers of Jesus and romans when he literally elevated him to the skies. Jews were happy that they killed him, Romans thought that he has died and even his own followers took him for dead. What is the hikmat in that? Yes there is one.. Jesus wanted to come back later as he did not like the conditions at his time. He wanted powers to fly and annihilate his enemies etc etc. These indeed will be granted to the literal "waiting in heavens to come back" jesus, along with the entertainment of a pig hunt. The pig hunt, as I roughly estimate, will take atleast 5 years with superpowers and decades if done in the right spirit of hunting.
