So i am just in the process of ordering my bridal from karma.its a relatively new piece so i dont suppose there are any pictures in magazines or websites - or atleast i havent come across any so i will try my best to explain it to you.
its the usual sharara with the regualr flair… the shirt however is also flaired. like an anarkali.. 6 kalis… but its front open right below the empire line and then conttinues like that. the chest area has aar kaam filled in. and the rest of the shrt has close chatta. the shirt end has bigger motives that basically go around the whole of the anarkali front an black. there are no side slirts just like there are none in an anarkali. ( fahad hussein has kind of a similar style.. its not an anarkali though)
Now do u think this shirt-cum-anarkali with a sharara would look good?\i am not fat but neither am i very tall and i dont want this to make me look short and round ,if u know what i mean. would it be better if i change it into a shirt instead? i did try it on but i really coouldnt tell because it was not my size at all.. so i dont know if its the cut or the wrong sizing.

Why don't you request them to make you a prototype shirt (in plain or light material) in that style in your size to gauge how the style would look on you. Maria B does prototypes for lehenga fittings, so Karma should be able to do that too on request
Oh its really pretty . ijust dont understand why i havent seeen it around yet! which was partly the reason i fell in love with it.
so u think they'ld do a prototype?it sounds a little too good to be true.. like make me a shirt and sharara in my size without kaam?? ok iwill see how they take this suggestion.
i am regretting not taking the picture. me and my friend were alonnee so long with the dress tryin it on and stuff lol.

my nani wore this on her wedding, its a kali wala kurta/anarkali with a dhaka pajama…

oh wow its very similar to this. only the length is a bity shorter. the flair is a litte less. and the sharara one more..
