Re: a gun in your house
We live in a suburban area so not much goes on here. We have no alarm system on our house. In the mornings, we turn cars on and leave to let them run and get warmed up for a few minutes - nothing has ever happened. The worst we have to worry about it racist rednecks but they're generally pretty stupid so they're not a big threat.
My Dad keeps a shotgun underneath his bed inside of thise huge plastic case. He told me about it and so that night I decided to go check it out but I couldn't open the case (I guess that's a good thing).
