1- So I joined the gym again (yay!) What I want to know; what’s the best time to work out? Early morning (before going to work/college) or maybe after dinner?!
2- What is it with guys finding odd ways to get a girls phone number? And while were at it. Do guys really think that when a girl walks by and they call her, or worse, start singing a godforsaken crappy bollywood song in their bey-surri awaaz we will stop and talk to them? What exactly are they trying to achieve? What is wrong with you guys?? (Yes I’m a lil pissed off).
3- I want to dye my hair red (streaks) I have very BLACK hair and have never dyed it before. Is it really damaging to your hair if you dye it blonde first and then have a colour thingy?
The first time I coloured my hair ever, I got (cherry) red highlights in it. They bleached the highlighted parts of my hair first and then applied the colour. It didn't do any damage to my hair.

Mehnaz, I get up at 8 or earlier sometimes. I can either go to the gym before work (I start at 10) or after (after 6) SO that’s before breakfast or after dinner. It’ll change when college starts again though.
ANd I don’t wanna bleach my hair WHat if I only get it coloured on my black hair, will it be visible?
You can try it without bleaching your hair, but I had my hair bleached. I don't think the colour will show on as strongly if you don't bleach it. I could be wrong.
If you can exercise in the morning, then that's better. Apparently, it's easier to work out then and you are able to burn more calories or something like that. Again, I could be wrong. :p
Personally, I find working out after work really difficult. Come 7:00 p.m., I just don't have the energy to workout.

The question of when the best time to work out doesn't really have a right or wrong answer, it depends on many factors such as your lifestyle, schedule, what you want to achieve, what kind of workout you plan on doing and so on.
Try going at various times and see which one suits you best.
i think the best time to work out is like right after u wake up in the morning before the harsh sun comes out
