face wash daily..........the olay natural cream thrice a week....use it as a makup bases.......n olay natural night cream.....every second nite ...leavin one night n use it the other night....u shud really leave ur skin to breathe on some nights,,,,,
^ i dont think it would work if u give breaks in between since over the counter products are not that strong to begin with
besides....how will ANYTHING change the color of the skin you are born with?
unless you're trying to get rid of a tan you got during summer it would be pointless
and as for the original brightening purpose...use make-up it does wonders without harming the skin :)
zara can u plz let me know the specific name of olay whitening cream as whenever i look up for it on google theres so many comes up with diffrent names. is it really effective and harmlesss?
Saratem314 if u r really looking for a cream with whitening effects pick something with 2% or 4% hydroquinone or something with arbutin or sepiwhite(e.g fair & flawless or tonique 10X gel). all these ingredients work gr8 in lightening skin tone or evening it out. none of these have scientifically proven harmful. there r debates n doubts on HQ(hydroquinone) but most of them against it r not proven. So these r safe to use.
I have in past used a cream called Fade Out with 2% Hydroquinone n Retin A cream for lightning scars. gradually i started using fade out on whole face n neck. the results were noticeable n remarkable within 6 weeks of use.
Now that i'm more knowledgeable i wouldn't pick Fade out again as it has parabens in it.
depending how many shades u wanna go lighter there r proven methods n ppl have
tested them effectively. the key here is to look for safe n effective ingredients.
Basically i also don't go after"love ur skin colour" its BS. ppl use colour contacts, hair dyes, jolen , tons of make-up to hide imperfections but when someone wanna bleach skin they start preaching.
if u need more help i can certainly guide u on this one.
Jolen is not a skin bleach/ lightening cream, its a bleach for fine hairs.
but jolen does bleach ur whole skin n gives u that unnatural white look...yuck!!
there are products that just bleached ur skin but then u look like a cartoon

these ingredients reduce the production of melanin in ur skin. melanin is responsible for dark complexions n reducing it lightens ur complexion. its opposite to how caucasians tan their skins by increasing melatonin in their skins.
Try korres wildrose line. It's meant for brightenig the skin. It makes you glow. I like!
I am trying out laneige's (korean company) products..too soonto say anything. These are much safer to use because the ingredients are listed ON THE PRODUCT and I can't stress how important it is to know what you are putting on your face. Go for brightening your complexion i.e glowing clear skin instead of whitening it with something like fair and lovely which can do more damage then good!
Also do research on Chinese, Korean brands for whitening products..they have some high end products that work. But again, make sure that if you do buy something..you can find out what the ingredients are cause just like Pakistan...they also have products that can be damaging to the skin.
There are interviews and hype about this product that actualyl works.
A bangladeshi girl used it, but she said for best results she uses it all year roung as it is a moisturiser and anti ageing and sun block and its definitely safe! which is the number 1 point.

on the box it will be written olay natural white with mulberry leaf exract (the same thing is written on face was too).
Why don’t you try using natural things like ubtan instead of creams/ potions etc. that you have no idea about what is in them. Ubtan is effective for brightening the complexion so in the end, you probs would be a shade or so lighter.
Did it work for u mrsshy? Can u list the ingredients it has on the packet.
its a scam because they don't list their ingredients. the website, the testemonials, the before/after pix all look fake plus they claim all natural ingredients n the results they show are OTT. how can u get 4-5 shades lighter with all natural products within 6 months. Even with hydroquinone 4% its takes a year or more to lighten that much. So their claim seem pretty lame.
