Definitely we will see an improvement if we FOLLOW all of the above points and not try to ENFORCE them.
Every religious bigot in Pakistan tries to enforce his own interpretation of Islam on others and that I think is the cause of current state of affairs in Pakistan.
What Taliban are doing is also shamefully justified as teachings of Islam by some people.
And your statement that you don’t agree to the punishment part is a proof that these teachings can not be enforced as not everyone agrees on every point. They can only be preached and set as an example for others to follow.
