Oh and read this “I was surprised how liberal, forward thinking, and diverse Kuala Lumpur really is. I thought it would be another homogeneous population with strict Islamic law so I did only a 3 day stop overs wishing I had booked for longer after going. KL seems to be the one Asian city with a very modern mindset, very Western if you will. Flag is cool too. There’s lot of modernity in many other Asian capitals, but culturally speaking, they don’t touch KL. Blessed with oil. Help wanted signs everywhere.”
