Re: A Comprehensive Look into The Hijaab
thank god for that now i wouldnt want YOU to start thinking outside the box and questioning your views too…good for u that i am fully incoherent to u
Re: A Comprehensive Look into The Hijaab
crescent i'm happy to have read that in your thread:Oh Prophet Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam! Tell thy wives and thy daughters and the women of the believers to draw over them their jilbaabs (cloaks). That in the least so that they be recognised and not be molested." (Surah Ahzaab)
i know i'm not concerned by hijaab now, thank you so much...
Re: A Comprehensive Look into The Hijaab
Of course it is outdated as evidenced by men and women intermingling right here on gupshup. We are not talking about the Quran but post list which is nothing but patriarchal, cutural rules that someone has decided is divine law. It is not. If its intent is to protect women, the rules should be placed on men, not stifle the freedom of women because men can be pigs.
The theory (since it is not practiced anywhere in the world) of shariah is not divine law, much of it comes from made made documents (hadith) which is not divine. So where does shariah have the answer that negates “Women should not speak with men, except with a mahram”?
Re: A Comprehensive Look into The Hijaab
Great post as usual. Some girls need to learn alot from you. MashAllah.
Oh god! I dunno how you got through kindergarten. Thats the stage where you learn to **READ. **( I hope you know what read means..)
why don’t you re-read her post?
She said **IF **you get raped in such conditions it is ur fault. Not that she deserves to forcefully.
I wonder if you’re in school or not. Feel sorry for your teachers ![]()
**
CONCLUSION: **Do some research on your own religion before making posts
Noor, once again if you are a muslim, Shia, Qadiyani, whatever, you still need* to **provide **References to where its extreme.
Define EXTREME. Back it up with analysis of the Quran making Hijaab Extreme.
***CONCLUSION: **Do some research on your own religion before making posts .
![]()
If its contradicting to you, its ok I can understand why
, but don’t worry about me, its perfectly clear to me, w/o contradictions.
Re: A Comprehensive Look into The Hijaab
And so will you do all of us a favor and stick to the Lifestyles forum and in your quest to help fashion-challenged desi women rather then applying the same chic fashion sense to the more compelling and less-trivial matters thereby destroying any budding and stimulating discourse taking shape here…leave it to those least concerned with the horizontal or vertical stripes…
Re: A Comprehensive Look into The Hijaab
right…and what is it that i said that didnt sync with what u just said? if its HER fault that means the MAN isnt at fault…she ASKED FOR IT.
pak patriot: im not in the mood to leave religion forum for u men to decide how women should dress…not yet but if u dont like what i write…ignore me ok?
Re: A Comprehensive Look into The Hijaab
Whatever this means. ![]()
Like I said, no one can force you to follow the Commands of Allah swt, thats up to you.
So whatever floats your boat :k:
Why does it concern you?
You’re trying ever so hard to bring up a debate. Bichara, keep trying, and trying and trying. Every post, that struggle I see.
Its ok, There is no point in discussing and explaining shariah to those who can’t handle it from A to Z. And him who does not believe in hadiths.
Why so curious and why even ask if you have no belief in hadiths ? ![]()
Re: A Comprehensive Look into The Hijaab
pak4ever, yes leave hijaab to men
…lol, no way you’re not going to stich my hijaab!!! you’re na mehram so will not get that close to me ![]()
Re: A Comprehensive Look into The Hijaab
crescent u are seriously unable to hold up a discussion.
all u say in response to a person's question is "why should i tell u?" "why does it concern u?"
you YOUSELF do not bother to read someone's post and answer it and then u accuse other's of being not "intelligent" enough.
Re: A Comprehensive Look into The Hijaab
it means i’m not the daughter sister or wife of a muslim:D i’m just muslim myself, so this does not apply to me:D …anyway, i’ll wear hijaab though ![]()
Re: A Comprehensive Look into The Hijaab
This guy has crazy posts
![]()
Lets anaylize, try to learn something.
no she does not deserve to get raped. She is although **asking **for it. If a molester was passing by. His prime target, would be this women.
Tell this to those women who have suffered it. See if they ever walk around in threads again ![]()
Technically if you dress that way, and a molester sees you, its not against ur consent, because its more like you’er inviting him to yourself.
eg. You live in an area infested by cockroaches. IF you leave holes empty on ur house walls, the cockroaches will come in. You make a few holes here and there, just because you’re influenced to do so, when its not necessary. And you do it for your pleasure. Its an innocent act. but the Cockroaches DO get inside, without your consent.
However, by making the holes in the first place, you already invited them in! so how is it against your CONSENT?
Re: A Comprehensive Look into The Hijaab
Ok smartbrains
tell me where I said that to **You. **For the past hour of my life, I’ve been trying to spoonfeed you, and make you understand something which you’re getting mixed up. (Kinda reminds me of PCG.)
Those posts are for seminole. Not you. Again, read the names I have “quoted”.
Re: A Comprehensive Look into The Hijaab
Like I said. If thats how you want to interpret it
sure.
Re: A Comprehensive Look into The Hijaab
crescent: hijab guarantees no rape will occur?
i think YOU did not read my post.
again rape is a crime...it can happen to a fully dressed woman, one in a hijab, one at home or one at a strip club, to a prostitute or to a stripper, to edhis daughters, to a covered lady in a village in mirpur, to a lady working in the white house. and THE ONLY PERSON AT FAULT IS THE RAPIST.
Re: A Comprehensive Look into The Hijaab
one: i was referring to seminole’s posts.
two: im not mixed up about anything…u said a woman in a miniskirt is at fault for getting raped…i said she is not…clearly opposing points of view.
Re: A Comprehensive Look into The Hijaab
It can happen to anyone. And the person at fault is the rapist.
You got something right.
Now.
Look at it like this, the way your God tells you (if you believe in him.) I’m sure every religion has its moral values, so im sure your religion has it too.
Its like this.
You have a match in one hand, and a matchbox in the other.
If you light the match using the matchbox, the box will explode with fire.
A) Women w/ Hijaab: Does not light that match.
**B) Women in threads: **Does light it, and blows the matchbox.
The chances of **A **happening are slim, and happen in some certain circumstance, far less than:
The chances of **B **happening are more because the initiative to light the matchstick is in effect.
Re: A Comprehensive Look into The Hijaab
**1. **Yes so I am answering you and others. I just cannot answer seminole, because he doesn’t want to believe in it, so why argue?
**2. **Can you not debate about women rape in this thread? start another one. The focus of this thread is hijaab.
And read my matchbox post for what I really mean by “she is at fault.”
Re: A Comprehensive Look into The Hijaab
so u argued with me for no reason?./
sorry … cockroaches and matchboxes dont work for me. your analogy makes no sense.
Re: A Comprehensive Look into The Hijaab
i was not the first one to say a woman in threads is at fault for getting raped.
