A Comedy of Grammatical Errors

So what are some of the most common grammatical errors you come across as far as written and spoken English/Urdu (or any other language) is concerned on a daily basis. And am I the only one who gets put off by wrong (atrocious) use of grammar in every day written correspondence or even conversations? :hehe:

Re: A Comedy of Grammatical Errors

nope. both are correct and widely used in literature.

The difference is that one is a clause and the other is a figure of speech of the same meaning but emphasizing a different tone in the remarks.

Re: A Comedy of Grammatical Errors

The one that gets on my nerves the most is when people write the plural of a word, but add an apostrophe before the s.

For example:
My sibling's and cousin's ate some cake's today.

Please stop doing it!! :o
