Living a (relativelY) materially comfortable life, but having somewhat unhappy relationships/troublesome relationships (be it spouse, in laws, own family etc)
or
living a very (relatively) uncomfortable life matierally and having a somewhat better relationship with the people around you?
I stress the “somewhat” and “relatively” part of the questions, b/c it’s really not that simple, but hopefully these two choices will come closer together rather tahn being on the polar opposite ends.

I think we have understood the question differently. I didn't really make choice out of the two options but money has power to change situations sometimes.

yeh.. it does, and i know. But let me tell you, as i born with a ..golden spoon, and flowing with money all the time.
growing up with everything what i need, .. i just say and its done.
but you know what.. now as i am mature and become myself with my own hands.. .. i think of my childhood days or with parents.. as some kind a fake love. .you know..
its look all materialistic... .money money... business. business.... this new hotel.. this new factory.. .. i don't know.. i hate it..

To some extent..if your circumstances aren't good, in that u live in a not so nice house/apt, too crowded, breaking down etc...money can dramatically change a situatoin for a better.
Some people would kill for just a volvo while mercedes isn't good enough for others.
