Now how come Dogra troops are foreign !!!!!! or you are limiting your independence to Kashmir Valley only.
You see there are so many groups asking for diferent things in Kashmir that you have to really know what one is talking about. So my guess is that you are limiting your "independence"to kashmir valley and not to Jammu, Ladakh and the Pakistani part of J & K.
