Re: 8th Match, Group B - India v Bangladesh - Saturday March 17th
if bangladesh cricket forums are to be believed, bangladeshi fans have moved from mind-boggling confidence to the outright arrogance of australian fans in assuming victory over solid teams. they have repeatedly expressed their belief that the world no longer considers them minnows but a legitimate cricket power.
though profoundly delusional, it was very cute. bless their hearts.
but i am starting to think that they know something that we obviously do not. perhaps we are in for a surprise.
given that no indian on earth knows the name of even one bangladeshi cricketer, much less anything about the team's tactics or style of play...there is potential for a complacence-induced upset.

Agree
But neither Dravid nor guru Greg are complacent...they are going to play a world-cup game irrespective of weak or strong team.
I am sure Dravid will give similiar statement before match.
btw...this match should be the last chance for Sehwag.
Re: 8th Match, Group B - India v Bangladesh - Saturday March 17th
thanks for sharing.
‘‘We respect Bangladesh. We saw what they did against New Zealand. We’ve got to be switched on,’’ Dravid said at a press conference here Tuesday after a training session at the Sir Frank Worrell Ground in the University of West Indies near here.
This is the kind of attitude India needs in world-cup, If they carry on like this, except Australia, I don’t think there is any great obstruction for us to reach in yet another WC final.
Re: 8th Match, Group B - India v Bangladesh - Saturday March 17th
After what I have been reading on BD Cricket forum, INDIA-BD match is the match of the World Cup for me....I want India to give BD the thrashing of their lives....saale do match jeet ke bahut uchal rahe hain.
Tigers ! My foot.
Re: 8th Match, Group B - India v Bangladesh - Saturday March 17th
BD 335-4 (50 overs)
India 187 all out (41.2 overs)
MoM: Mashrafee Mortaza
Mashrafee who the **** is this guy.
I could't laugh enough on their nastrudamus predictions
Everybody thought Indians are notorious in hyping their team but looks like these guys put Indians to shame in this department.
If they are so bulllish about their chances playing against in form Indian team I shudder think what they have to say about playing Pak with current team.
