Re: 7th Match - India vs Australia @ Adelaide

i knew india gave away around 50-60 runs more than they should have. and in the end they lost by 50 runs. dhoni lost the plot by keeping spinners on for extended periods. :halo:

Re: 7th Match - India vs Australia @ Adelaide

Mashallah…another silence win by Australia…Match was great. India played everything else than good.:nook:

Re: 7th Match - India vs Australia @ Adelaide

Mai kal raat poora match dekha, kasam say India kay liye itni baghairat-ana shikast hai ye kay Aussies nay inhe chatti ka dood yaad dala dia, I mean aik chota pidda sa score bi maanay hoye Indian batsmen chase nahi kar sakkay :hehe: Itna score to hamara kamran akmal bi dukka dukka kar kay kar hi leta.

Anyhow total bisti and fazoool, behooda, waahiat performance by India, Aussies nay ye match jeet kar un kay mooN par rakh kay chapaiR maar di hai.

Well done

Re: 7th Match - India vs Australia @ Adelaide

I just woke up.....checked the score card...only to find that the Indian innings went exactly like I had thought it would (though I was wishing they would surprise me).

I knew that even 203 runs would be too much for this batting line-up. That is why I was pissed with Dhoni for giving Clarke/Hogg free runs by over-bowling Yuvraj/Harbhajan.

This is just not the batting that can win India matches on a consistent basis. First of all, the tail is too long for an ODI (Sreesanth, Munaf, Ishant, Harbhajan).....Uthappa is an absolute rubbish of a batsman.....the opening is far from settled....

Such great performance by the 4 pacers undone by inept batting.

Anyways, I get to keep my record.....of opening a thread and seeing India lose.

Re: 7th Match - India vs Australia @ Adelaide

i left the thread at aus 60/5 or something and clicked on it after steeling myself to see some happy indians. but this story made my day :hula:

Re: 7th Match - India vs Australia @ Adelaide

God forbid if India had won, Indians would be calling Dhoni a genius for bring in the youngsters...going on and on about his bowling changes and not to mention calling themselves future world champions.

Re: 7th Match - India vs Australia @ Adelaide

Next time don't hold back!

Re: 7th Match - India vs Australia @ Adelaide

haan yar bohat bezati hui hai indians ki

Re: 7th Match - India vs Australia @ Adelaide

^ Bezati ?
Far from it, I think the Indian bowlers have had the better of the Aussie batsmen for most of this tour......but the Indian batsmen (traditionally India's strength) have let India down time and again. For example, they could not hold the fort for a few more overs at Sydney and now they cannot even chase 203.

If India had lost easily it would not have been so painful for Indian fans but India have created opportunities for winning so frequently on this tour only to disappoint in the end (except in Perth).

Re: 7th Match - India vs Australia @ Adelaide

aw.. you make the wait worthwhile Some1.

Re: 7th Match - India vs Australia @ Adelaide

This team is beginning to resemble the spinning trio/quartet period, except the latent talent is in batting now.

Everybody knows the batsmen if they click can destroy the opposition just like when anyone or two of the spinning trio/quartet (Bedi, Prasanna, Chandra, Venkat) could.

Except they would fire, like now, too infrequently

Re: 7th Match - India vs Australia @ Adelaide

This exactly why you need to include Dravid on the side!

Re: 7th Match - India vs Australia @ Adelaide

as a hardcore paki supporter i am glad that india lost but i must say that india has played some wonderful cricket in australia!
