Maybe inappropriate isn’t the right word but getting your nails done at the salon is not cheap. I think starting price would be from $25-$30, that’s a little too much for a 7 year old … don’t you think? Getting them done once in a blue moon with your mommy just for fun is fine, but doing it regularly is not. I think kids should be kids, getting into all this high maintenance stuff should not be of their concern at least until they are in their teens.

I think painting their nails at home as a fun thing is perfectly fine and harmless but taking them to salons at such a young age is not good. They start to become too conscious of their image which at their age is not something they should worry about.

They’re naturally beautiful and still so little. Why mess with that or give them the idea that they even should?
