i am thinking to invest in some excercise equipment as i feel hard to walk alone in the park.. i remember before getting married my brother and i used to go to park for jogging and walking everyday.it’s so easy to follow a routine if you have someone to do it with you.. :bummer:

how about investing in some xcercise machine?

60 Days Weight Loss Challenge

Age 20
Pre preg weight under 50kg
Post preg weight 61kg
Goal weight: hopefully around 50kg hope so:(
Breastfeeding(2month old)
Day1:
10am:
2peaches
2pm: Had omlette(2eggs,veges, bit of oil and lil bit salt)..1cup tea
4pm: whole wheat crackers(6)
6pm: oatmeal(with salt) and leftover corn flakes of my youngest bro:(
9pm: 3bites of keema with ghar ki roti..1cupgrewia(false)
Snack(yet to take) : oatmeal(with milk and sugar) or
1cup whole milk

This was just a test diet..from tomorrow will eat ghar ka salan with half roti for lunch..im trying to eat healthy duno what exactly is a healthy diet:hmph:

the challenge is over???
i did not achieve my goal weight (52kg) but i have not gained because of exercising!

i was 58kgs and now my weight is 54kgs...

I challenge you ,you can easily lost your weight by swimming and yoga.I have done.And my friend also loose weight.

If I was you, I’d have the proper breakfast (omlette etc) at 10 am and the snack (fruits etc) 2-3 hours later. I’m guessing you wake up before 10 AM so why delay the breakfast till the afternoon?

Again, I’d have dinner at 6/7 PM instead of delaying it till 9. Avoid eating at least 3 hours before going to bed. If you feel like having a snack between dinner and bed time, avoid carbs.

Half a roti isn’t enough for lunch, you’ll feel very hungry towards the evening and may end up over-eating at night… so include a bowl of fresh salad (green veggies especially) with lunch… you’ll feel full for so long!

Thanks for the advice BBC:) it was just a test diet since I had no idea what to do back then. Then I did my research and developed a healthy lifestyle..

We should start this challenge again but after ramzan? :hmmm:

50 pounds in 50 days might be hard to do. Check with your doctor to make sure it is healthy for you. Actually I have a face problem my face looks look bigger and fatty, I want to make face thinner , my friends says me fatty, Please provide me some suggestion to make face thinner?

Im 24, and was 117 pounds two yrs ago when i got married but my actual weight was 122 pounds...im 132 now:(

todays breakfast: at 8 1 milkshake,at 10 2 slices of bread and tea

lunch and dinner later
